Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return/exchange request (see template below)
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Package your return – Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center (address provided in approval email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
- Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and approved

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and any customs fees incurred will not be refunded.
