Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking

Returns & Exchanges

We want every pair of shoes to be perfect for your child. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get things right.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on crib shoes and sandals unless they are defective or incorrect items were shipped.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your return – Securely pack items in original packaging
  4. Ship your return – Send to our returns center (address provided in approval email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
  • Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and approved

Damaged or Defective Items
